Download the Competition Announcement and the Entry Forms using the links above. The Entry Forms are in Adobe PDF format this year and can be easily filled in by tabbing from field to field. Instructions are on the first page of the file. Please read the instructions and make sure you understand how to fill in the needed information. Your completed Entry Forms must be submitted to us using the 'Submit' button on the form:

1) Click on the Submit Button

2)Enter your name and email address

3)Click next and select the internet email option. Adobe will process the file and create a data file to send to us.

4)You will be prompted to save this data file (use a new name for the file) which you will then need to attach to an email to ewntry@portersynchroclassic.com
